Established by industry expert Michael Butler in June 2022, Captivate Culinary Connections has quickly emerged as a prominent food and beverage consultancy, partnering with major global hotel chains to enhance their culinary offerings. Our expertise and passion for gastronomy enables us to deliver exceptional experiences designed to maximise revenue and profit. To date we have successfully supported over 70 hotels across Europe, addressing their specific challenges. Our team of experienced professionals, including chefs, F&B leaders, and marketers, provide comprehensive end-to-end support. In addition to concept development, we can offer staff recruitment, training and marketing strategies.
